Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children/
MD Anderson Cancer Center Orlando
The Center for Children's Cancer and Blood Disorders is located at Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children, a 158-bed,
362,000 square foot facility located in downtown Orlando, Florida. We are part of the Arnold Palmer Medical Center
which includes Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies and the Howard Phillips Center for Children & Families. Arnold
Palmer Medical Center is the largest facility dedicated to children, women and babies in the United States.
Staffed by board-certified faculty affiliated with world-renowned MD Anderson Cancer Center, our department provides
oncology and hematology care for children, adolescents and young adults. We operate on the belief that each patient is
an individual who should be respected as having unique medical and social needs. We also believe each child has the right
to comprehensive, compassionate, family-centered healthcare provided by a multi-disciplinary team of medical experts.
Along with our ongoing scientific collaborations for discovery of new therapies for children with cancer, we have access
to a broad network of pediatric oncology clinical trials through the Children's Oncology Group (COG), the Neuroblastoma
and Medulloblastoma Translational Research Consortium (NMTRC), and the Pediatric Oncology Experimental Therapeutics
Investigators Consortium (POETIC).
